Usually it take about 15 Business days after the payment, production, Shipment, and arrange for the installation. 

We do offer limited Warranty for 3 years, and provide lifelong warranty for a cost.

We currently accept PayPal, major debit and credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We also offer financing options through Shop Pay.

Financing options include:

- 6 monthly payments at 0% APR

- 2 or 4 bi-weekly payments at 0% APR

- 6–24 monthly payments at 6–36% APR

Our motorized shades are more reliable than ever. They’re powered by long-lasting batteries, so with normal daily use, most clients only need to recharge about once a year.

You can control them using an app, or keep it simple with our standard remote. It’s a true set‑it‑and‑forget‑it system—no complicated tech required.

Configure-to-order, personalized, or other custom products (with specific sized shades) are NOT eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective.

Standard, non-customized products (accessories or others) can be returned only if they are unopened and in their original packaging. Once your return is approved, you’ll need to provide a screenshot of your order and ship the product back to our warehouse within 15 days.

All returns must include the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipping, so please pack items carefully. A 15% restocking fee may apply to opened accessories.
